Alqistas Justice is seeking a Corporate Law Associate with expertise in Libyan law to provide legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters. The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on corporate law matters under Libyan law, including company formation, governance, and restructuring.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with Libyan regulations across various sectors.
Conduct legal research and support senior attorneys in corporate transactions and disputes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); qualified to practice law in Libya.
Five years of experience in corporate law.
Strong knowledge of Libyan corporate regulations and business laws.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
